Telegram offers two types of APIs for developers. Both are free of charge. After you have done, that all you need to do is enter your new number and then follow the process on your screen. Telegram allows you to schedule messages to be sent at a particular time. Further, you can also send ‘silent’ messages without sound when you do not want to disturb the receiver.
